The Room :

The private room should be requested at the time of pre-admission formalities. Many types of rooms are at your disposal: suite, mini suite, and a standard room. The attribution of suite and mini suites should be required at the time of pre admission formalities. Be assured that we do our utmost to respond to all your needs.

Visits time :

Visit hours have to be coordinated with your doctor. Visits are not accepted after 9:00p.m.
For your relaxation, or if your health condition requires it, telephone calls and visits can be limited.

Meals :

Meals are basically made at the hospital. The served meals take into consideration specific diets according to medical prescriptions.
Your alimentary diets will be respected as well. Therefore, you will kindly inform the nurse who is in charge of you.

Distributors :

Distributors of hot and cold drinks and biscuits are ready to serve you in the reception room

Other services :

You receive mails everyday in your room.
A telephone is at your disposal in the reception hall.
All the staffs who are engaged towards you are identified by a badge on which their full names and mission are written.
